Was outside AG tire guy for 15 years wish I had this a few times, recommendation be really aware of cleanliness, cleaner is better including just touching the freshly buffed area with fingers can compromise the glue surface. But it held and that’s what matters thank you for the info.

I have needed a grinder on like five different occasions so I carry one one and man did it make sanding so much easier for me

I think the side wall kit was to get you home probably better to be done from the inside after getting home.

Fixing side wall rips in the bush is always going to take time and be a pain. This is a really good kit and I don’t know of any other products on the market that can make fixing this kind of issue any easier. If you know of anything let me know but that’s life in the bush man it’s hot and sweaty and things take time. Beats shoving a dozen plugs in and still having it leak and continue to rip🤷🏼‍♂️

Having used the kit for trail repair, my opinion is that the quality of their plug tool in the big kit is horrible. The patches work good though for gashes.

Just as feedback, the tread glue has a little bit of a shelf life. At least the product I received a year ago was hard as a rock at 3 months. Hopefully they changed the packaging to keep it from happening.
