We didn't really have much of a plan for this one.

Six friends, one car, and a weekend in Varkala.

What started as a simple drive turned into roadside stops, snacks passed around the car, an incredible toddy shop lunch, a beautiful stay near the cliff, too many café orders, late-night walks, random shopping, good food, a few drinks, and a lot of conversations about absolutely nothing.

We stayed at Varkala Beach Club, wandered along the Varkala Cliff, stopped by Lyra for drinks, and somehow ended up back there the next morning for breakfast.

There wasn't one big moment that made this trip special.

It was all the little ones in between.
