परंतु हमारे देश (डेमोक्रेटिक कंट्री)का दुर्भाग्य ही है कि यहां सरकार बनाने गिरने की क्षमता रखनेवाली जनता का बहुमत अशिक्षित और गरीब है जिनके लिए भविष्य का अर्थ अगले दिन या अगले सप्ताह होता है।हमारे देश की नीतियां इन्हीं बहुमत को ध्यान में रखकर बनाई जाती है,अगर कभी किसी सरकार ने लीक से हटकर दीर्घकालिक नीति बनाने का प्रयास भी किया तो अक्सर भारी विरोध के कारण वह सफल नहीं हुआ या उसे वापस लेना पड़ा।
मोदी सरकार भी इसकी अपवाद नहीं है फिर भी पूर्व में इन्होंने देशहित में कई मजबूत फैसले लिए है ।हम आशा करते है कि सरकार इन बातों को अपनी नीति निर्माण में अवश्य स्थान देकर समुचित कदम उठाएगी
