Today, I'm taking my cargo ship on a 75 km journey from Can Tho back to Nga Nam, to the shipyard where I've upgraded my ship three times.❤️❤️

After our unsuccessful attempt to replace the propeller in Can Tho, I'm finally returning to this familiar shipyard. But this time, I'm not coming for another major upgrade. I'm coming to keep a promise that means a great deal to me.

During my third ship upgrade, when we rebuilt our living area with steel, I didn't have enough money to pay the full cost. The kind shipyard owner trusted me and allowed me to owe him the remaining $1,000.

I have never forgotten his kindness.

Today, I can finally return that money to him. Seeing his happiness when I kept my promise made this visit especially meaningful to me. I'm deeply grateful that he trusted me when I needed more time.

But repaying the debt isn't the only reason I'm here.

I also wanted to prepare something special for the hardworking shipyard workers who have helped us improve our ship over the past three upgrades.

So today, I decided to cook a big pot of delicious duck porridge with fresh straw mushrooms, along with a sweet-and-sour salad. I prepared three boiled ducks: one as a special gift for the kind shipyard owner, and the other two to share with all the workers for lunch.

There wasn't a proper dining table or enough chairs at the shipyard, so everyone simply gathered around and sat on the steel plates to enjoy our meal together.

It wasn't a fancy lunch, but it was filled with laughter, friendly conversations, and genuine happiness. The workers didn't have to go home for lunch that day, and seeing everyone eating together made me very happy.

The people here are so friendly, welcoming, and easy to get along with. After visiting this shipyard so many times, I feel grateful for the kindness and warmth they've always shown us.

This visit had only two main purposes: to repay the $1,000 I owed and to thank the people who helped us.

I'm not planning any major ship upgrades this time. Most of the money I've recently earned and saved has gone toward repaying the shipyard owner, replacing our worn-out batteries, and covering the unexpected costs of our unsuccessful propeller replacement in Can Tho.

For now, I need to be careful with every dollar and continue improving our little home on the river one step at a time.

And there is something very important I want to say to all of you, my dear friends.

A large part of the money that helped me fulfill this promise came from the support you have given my YouTube channel through watching my videos, along with the special generosity of those who chose to send Super Thanks.

Because of your kindness, I was able to return to the shipyard and keep my word.

I am truly touched, and I don't know how to thank you enough.

But please, never feel that you have any obligation to support me financially. Super Thanks is simply a personal choice, an act of kindness from those who genuinely wish to give. There should never be any pressure or expectation.

Just knowing that you spend some of your precious time watching my videos, following my journeys, and leaving kind words already means so much to me.

Whether you watch quietly, leave a comment, or choose to offer extra support, I appreciate every one of you from the bottom of my heart.

In my next video, my husband will receive some help from a welder to make a few small, practical improvements to our ship, including the engine-room floor and a safer, more convenient ladder for workers to enter and leave the cargo hold.

We will be reusing steel that we saved when we dismantled our old living area during the previous upgrade. This will help us keep the costs as low as possible.

These are not expensive or major upgrades, just a few useful improvements to make daily work aboard our cargo ship a little easier.

Sometimes happiness isn't about having enough money to build something new. It's about keeping a promise, sharing a simple meal, and being surrounded by kind people.

Thank you for accompanying me through the difficult days, the unexpected expenses, and the small moments of happiness along this journey.

I hope to see you again very soon in my next video.

Wishing you and your families good health, happiness, and peaceful days ahead.

With love and heartfelt gratitude from Vietnam,

Diễm An ❤️❤️
