We are very much blessed , great speech by DAJ. Thanks a lot.

Thank you Iyya

Sir, Thanks for the appreciation.

There has never been more simple, easy to understand lyrics in Kannada compared to Purandara Dasa, even today. You can see his 'wisdom' in each and every composition!  I love all of them!  By the way, this is an excellent presentation about Purandara Dasa in English! And I love this composition "Venkatachala Nilayam" which is in Sanskrit.  I have read in a history book that when Purandara Dasa visited Tirupati, he met Annamacharya and composed this composition as a friendly gesture!  You see very few sanskrit compositions.  Even Annamacharya has few sanskrit compositions (e.g. Srimannarayana).  Without 'bhakti'/devotion, I dont think these saints could have creates these musical gems!

I have never heard a more lucid, more in-depth, and riveting lecture on Sri PurandararaDasaru! May the Lord Bless You always and bless us with the opportunity to listen to more such lectures from you!

Your narration with meaning of each of it is great with main story as well as upastories . Long live thanks.

Another great lecture, Prabhuji. 🌹I once had this dream of this snake biting its tail going round and round when I was in NJ 2 years back during a very emotional period of my life, it's called the ouroburos too. Thank you for giving me new perspective on it, I was always thinking it referred to my mate then, no beginning no end. 🐬

Spellbound by the composition and rendering of Venkatachala Nilayam🙏🙏

Since childhood  I use to sing Purandara Daas Bhajans But  I never knew the deep philosophical meaning in his keerthana. . Now a  days i get engrossed with  lyrics which is so rich.

I knew Purandara Daasa story but  not in detail.  You gave us very lucid picture . Thanks a lot.  Actually this is very interesting. This is soothing.

Thank you for explaining the meaning of this song.  Have been listening to this song and know the general meaning, but it was enlightening to know the full meaning.  Wonderful insight to the life of Purandara Dasa.  Blessed to be belonging to the same clan as the Pitamaha of Carnatic music.

Sir you are awesome, very nice. Thank you.
