Uncle Dane has a series that go over specific maps and where good sentry spots are, called Engineer Blueprints.  He doesn't cover that many maps, and they are videos specific to engie, but they give you a run down of how both teams are supposed to try and proceed through it.  Also where you will be likely to run into a sentry.  It also covers dispenser and teleporter placements and where to be when in a maps progression, which may help clue you in on what the team should be doing on either side.

0:55 actually there's a pair of cosmetics for the Heavy that are references to Jotaro ("Starboard Crusader" hat, and "Tsar Platinum" outfit).

To be fair, I confused those YouTubers while noticing the mixup, and I’ve been subscribed to all of them for years.

Heavy canonically has a jojo inspired set of spiked knuckles

What you were hearing in the intro was Disposal Unit from Warhammer 40k: Darktide

Natasha is the "stop having fun" gun. Getting hit by it basically kills momentum of the victim. This makes it not only is it good afainst Scout, but against anyone to fond of blast-jumping (Soldier, Demoman, Engeneer with lv3 sentury, Pyro with jetpack or detonator flaregun).
Brass beast is good at Mann vs Machiene (PvE mode)

About the melees he didn't cover from best to worst.
Holiday Punch (the mittens)
Critical hits deal no damage but force the enemy to do the laugh taunt, effectively stunning them. While it can random crit, hitting from the back guarantees tickling. Normally players hate stun mechanics but since Heavy has to get out of his comfort zone and flank with a melee, the Holiday Punch gets a pass. It also works on Ubered players which depending on the person is also fair game or overkill. How ever, it can do the same finger gun taunt kill as the stock fists so when they're not friendlies, Heavys with the tickle mittens are trying to stun them with a crit, then "POW". A fun meme strat

Warrior Spirit (bear claws)
It has a damage bonus (the highest damage a melee in the game can do) and kills grant 50 health, at the cost of a damage vulnerability. Heavy has scarce use for offense melees because he's a monster at that range, and unlike the KGB, the reward on kill isn't that helpful, as 50 health is 1/6 of his health. And that damage vulnerability against everything does not help. You can pair it with the buffalo steak for more damage but their damage vulnerabilities stack and leaves you a glass canon..or a paper one. It has niche uses but is one of Heavys worst melees

Eviction Notice (the spiked knuckles)
This IS the worst melee. It grants speed when active, hits grant more speed, and it swings faster. However it does piss poor damage do balance that last stat out. Originally it was fun gimmick weapon to cosplay JoJo's Bizarre Adventure but when the GRU got reworked to add the health drain penalty, it was also given to the eviction notice, neutering it's usability. It may drain slower because it's a lesser speed boost than the GRU, but is also regenerates slower. And at least the GRU can still be a hard hitting weapon when backed in a corner, the Eviction Notice hits like a wet paper towel. Moral of the story, Heavys bare hands are somehow better than spiked knuckles

31:04
That would be koth_demolition, added in on the 24th of July, 2025. It is on an oil rig.

0:45 The background song is the main theme of darktide. The 40k left 4 dead game.

5:30 you can just use commands to boot up your own single player maps

Fun fact, to learn map locations and geometry, you can fire up offline servers

The best way to deal with corner peakers are to get out of sight of the corner and make them think you are gone only to be nearby ready to attack once they are in the open.  Tomislav best at doing this.

18:30 it's the META in MVM

The Distraction would be the Scout's role, most of the time- that, or a Soldier rocket jumping all over the place. The Bruiser, on the other hand- that's sometimes the Demoknight, actually. One who knows the map very well can always come at you faster than you'd think with a lot more health and defenses than you'd think, and there aren't many bad melee weapons purely because of that one feature everyone hates, random critical hits. Not to mention, he gets some of the better melee weapons for fighting with them directly, as y'know, two of them boost your stats for playing well with them.

The song in the intro is Disposal Unit from Darktide.

Don't forget, you have a part B to upload for the Party Crashers last place gets animated, and the second half of the Warhammer Fantasy races video from Pancreasnowork.

If you need to get an editor (or an extra one) I'm sure no one will mind.

11:28 THAT IS SOUNDSMITH NOT SOLARLIGHT.

for what I remember
Wamo = Pyro
Uncle Dane = Engineer
Souns Smith = Soldier
Lazy Purple = Demo (but uses a soldier icon)
Big Joe SLapnuts = Heavy

9:15 this is actually true of like 99% of first person shooters

5:00 try community maps, there's always players happy to help newbies, or make a server to play with a couple friends to get your bearings in each map.

Ah yes, my favourite TFtubers: SoundDane, Uncle Smith, SolarPurple and LazyLight.
