Today, I'm seeing you for a consultation about headaches and migraines to try and understand their origin and identify any areas of tension.
I'll start by asking you a few questions about your pain, its location, intensity, and any potential triggers, before performing various examinations around your face, eyes, neck, and shoulders.
On the agenda: palpation of the face and scalp, checking for tension in the temples, sinuses, jaw, and neck, examination of the eyes in light, light sensitivity test, visual tracking, visual field test, convergence test, checking facial sensitivity, cervical mobility, and several other small tests.
Once the examination is complete, I'll also take a few minutes to try and relieve your pain with various relaxing treatments: massages of the temples, forehead, scalp, and neck, a cold compress, guided breathing, and tension release.
Throughout this consultation, you'll enjoy slow, precise movements, whispers, light close to your face, gentle touch, soothing sounds, and plenty of personal attention.

Cette consultation est très complète et intéressante .
Tu prends déjà les constantes puis tu fais une palpation du visage du crâne et de la nuque pour tenter de trouver l'origine du problème.
Puis l'examen des yeux et du champ visuel pour écarter ou confirmer cette origine.
Ensuite la sensibilité et la sensibilité au bruit .
Et un bon massage des points de tension et l'application d'une compresse froide.
Pour finir une séance de relaxation guidée avec des exercices de respiration j'aime beaucoup ça.
J'ai adoré cette consultation tu es très professionnelle c'est comme avec un vrai médecin.
