Nikki smiling to Artem's reaction despite everything she is stressing about makes my heart happy.

It’s so sweet that he smiles even more when he finds out both of the girls are pregnant.

Nicole: "I'm pregnant"
Artem: "...No you're not"
Nicole: "Yes I am!"
Artem: "No, you're lying"
Idk why that part gets me every time lol

Artem is the perfect guy for Nicole, he just makes her so happy and his reaction is priceless learning she's pregnant. It was so cute the way he smiled learning both sisters are pregnant, even Bryan said he is not shocked by this because the twins are so in sync. Nicole and Artem's baby boy is going to be so cute!!

When artem said "how"?, i thought "c'mon artem u know how!!!" 😂

Who is here when thier baby is born

His smile when she said "I'm pregnant!" is so special. 💕

The reason Artem said « how? » is because her doctor had told her that she would have a hard time getting pregnant. So they didn’t think getting pg was possible & had a nice shock.

The way Artem smiled at that pregnancy test, I MELTED! Ladies get you a man like that. Ecstatic, gentle, a truly wonderful man.

I think Artem wanted Nicole from the second he laid eyes on her. ❤

Artems reaction was so beautiful.

Nikki: Im pregnant
Artem: What how?
Me: well you see...

"how?"

DID YOU NOT SLEEP WITH HER ? LMAO. you know how artem.

You could tell she REALLY wanted things to work with John & she loved him sooooo much! But it’s like Artem brought this other side out of her & made her feel 1000x more special and loved than John did. She’s just so much more NATURALLY happy with Artem 💯♥️!

“How?” It kills me every time😂

I'm so happy she finally gets everything she wants

Artem is what every woman hopes for 😍

Her energy is so much more calm and feminine. I never saw her with Artem. So happy for her ❤️

When the Doc pulls out the baby and you can't see him, Artem's gonna know lmao

0:52 the way Artem instantly smiled finding out he’s gonna be a dad just made some of us melt away.
