Create an accordion file folder junk journal with me - completely *NO SEW and NO GLUE!*
In this 4-part video series, I’ll show you how to build a flexible journal with removable pages that can be taken out, rearranged, written on and easily put back in.

It also includes extra pockets for storing ephemera, photos, notes and other little treasures. It’s perfect for keeping Christmas cards and holiday memories, but you can easily adapt the design to absolutely any theme.

A fun and practical idea for junk journals, memory keeping, happy mail, travel journals and creative paper crafting.

I love how you made this and how versatile it is! My son keeps all of the cards I make him and friends and family give him. He can help me make him something like this to store them in! 😍

Wo nimmst Du nur immer solche brillianten Ideen her? Sehr beeindruckend!

@margaretschmidt7451 3 weeks ago

It’s never too early because as the time gets closer things get busier and then it’s too late! I have started mine!

Brilliant, versatile idea - with so many possible variations. Thanks for taking so much time to explain it all!

What a wonderful idea, cuz I keep my xmas cards in a box, this will display them beautifully, thanks Luise ♥

This would be a lovely way to share a selection of treasured holiday recipes! Imagine printing well-loved family recipes for Christmas cookies, cakes or other sweets on some cardstock, then tucking them into this special book & giving it as a gift (along with some pre-made "sample" goodies - yum!) to a younger family member, a new neighbor or a friend you haven't seen in awhile! Brilliant design, Luise!! 🎉

RE: printing. If you print the folder overlays on blank papers first you can then print the patterned papers right over the top without worrying which side is up. You will get the cutting lines no matter what. I think it's easier to think about this way. What do you think?

I'm always amazed by your creations. They're such feasts for the eyes! I have no idea how long you've been making your creations, obviously you've put in a lot of time and effort to get to your current skill level. It would love to see some of your first makes. Showing the progression in skill-level would be very inspiring, to me atleast.😊 Thank you for sharing your knowledge and creativity with us!

This is a fabulous idea Luise - I must have not been looking properly because I haven't seen this sort of binding at all! Thank you for showing us.
