Well it is frustrating if you see a special fast food on a commercial and they don’t have

2:30 Rosie: No! I want the chicken pizza, and that's final!!! Chicken pizza, chicken pizza, chicken pizza, chicken pizza!!!!! Boris: Rosie, stop it right now!!! Everybody's looking at us thanks to you!!!!!

Rosie cant be arrested because children usually can’t be arrested is because the law recognizes that kids are still developing and don’t fully understand right from wrong in the same way adults do. Here are some key points:

1. Age of Responsibility: Most places have a minimum age called the age of criminal responsibility (often around 10-14 years old). Below this age, kids aren’t considered legally responsible for crimes, so they usually can’t be arrested or charged.

2. Protection and Rehabilitation: The justice system focuses more on protecting and helping children rather than punishing them like adults. Instead of arresting, they might involve social services, counseling, or other support systems.

3. Development and Understanding: Children’s brains are still growing, especially areas that control judgment and decision-making. Because of this, the law assumes kids might not fully grasp the consequences of their actions.

4. Legal Procedures: When children do break the law, special procedures usually apply. They might go to juvenile court instead of adult court, and the emphasis is on rehabilitation.

So basically, children aren’t arrested because the law treats them differently to protect them and give them a chance to learn and grow without facing harsh punishment like adults. Does that make sense? Would you like me to explain how juvenile justice works too?

She can't just get that mad over one little thing, You can't always get what you want, Rosie needs to be great full

I love these classic Caillou videos. You guys should do a video where all the classic Caillou kids are grown-ups and then like shows the characters fast-forward and the parents is they’re older.
