Don’t attempt to do anything even remotely athletic if you aren’t even remotely athletic.

JR: As god as my witness he is broken in half.

I love Cornette going in on the ref for not doing anything, as if this random guy who got an old Foot Locker uniform at Goodwill should've been throwing up the "X" to the nonexistent medical crew.

"I didnt even know that, that was a injury that could happen if you tried" - Jim Cornette

The NWO wolfpac music playing in the background makes this clip an instant classic lmao

I’m scared to jump 3ft off anything now

@joshwilson6469 5 years ago

It’s clear what happened. Dude was suppose to wrestle the invisible man, but the invisible man ambushed him with a super kick into the next dimension

@johnasbury3856 5 years ago (edited)

Dude blew out both knees and tore both quads jumping down to his feet from the second rope.

Kevin Nash approved.

I hope Darby Allin didn't see this, he's gonna get ideas.

Dave Meltzer Gave the match 5 stars.

This is evidence as to why you bend your knees when you land. This guys legs were locked straight out when he landed, that combined with the fact that he's clearly not in good shape at all was a recipe for disaster.

The footage is brutal, really horrifying. Hope the guy recovers, wouldn't wish that on anyone

Reminded me of that South Park episode where Kyle's kneecaps exploded when he went for a slam dunk....lol

Sid: no-one can jump off the 2nd rope and break their leg like I did.

Random guy: hold my beer.... and hit the nwo music!

"I'm going out to the ring for my match now."
"Break a leg, big guy..."

@Michael_Chandler_Keaton 5 years ago

Lol someone commented (the entrance music was NWO Wolfpac)
"Don't turn your back on your kneecaps."

The WWF voiceover guy warned us for years - "Please, don't try this at home"

@noelatcheson4174 5 years ago (edited)

That video was painful to watch. Can't imagine how it was to actually experience.

Bring back the old WWF "don't try this at home" promos. I feel for the guy big time but this was probably avoidable.
