Your agent can build a whole feature while you make a coffee. So what are you there for? Matt Pocock (x.com/mattpocockuk) has an answer: a folder of agent skills with more stars on GitHub than React. He shipped version 1.3 on October 4.
We follow one small feature through his whole flow: a Pause button for a coffee subscription app, and the bag of coffee that was already packed when the customer hit pause. On the way: the grilling that maps every decision before any code exists, the glossary, the spec and the tickets, the build, review at two separate desks, the new /pr and /retro skills, and a real ten-ticket run from Matt's own repo.

The coffee app, the bag and its four tickets are my illustration of the flow. The ten-ticket graph and the pull requests are real, from Matt's course-video-manager repo.
