I didn't expect Sonic Frontiers Final Horizon to be that difficult. Have you beaten the DLC?

Was anyone else infuriated by the trees blocking your view half the time?

When eggman says sonic it’s now or never it just shows how much trust he has in his arch nemesis even though he didn’t want his help but sage urged him to  trust him

13:34 "So this is how Shadow felt like..."

For those who are trying to aim for the plug: Sidestep (dodge) while you are hitting The End.

8:25 Beware this forced attack, it reduces your ring count down to 100. So don’t hold back and give it everything you got till the bitter end!

I can’t believe they went from one of the most underwhelming finales in gaming to one of the most memorable. That classic iconic Sonic sass in just his body language was something I had forgotten how much I was missing.

And Roger didn’t have to give us such a kickass anime roar, but he did. He did it for us, man. Fuck dude I love this so much!

14:26 YES! Sage didn't die and everyone lives happily ever after including Eggman.

12:55 this moment.....oh my god....I have never truly been so speechless

12:38 When snapcube gonna dub sonic frontiers i want Alfred to say "YET AGAIN. I AM PISSING ON THE MOON. TASTE MY ULTIMATE CYBER LASER PISS YOU EVANGELION RIPOFF!" That would be a perfect sequel to eggman's annoucement

actually getting to this point was absolute torture, but god this boss was amazing

11:51 i think this cutscene might be the best cinematic in the entire franchise. the music, eggman lining up the shot as sonic is charging up.... i cry EVERY SINGLE TIME

You know for a thing that wants to restore a sort of order by obliterating everything, it sure does move like a feral freak of nature.

Here's the basic strategy
PHASE 1 (base game fight):
-Largely a repeat of the OG Supreme Fight, just break one of its turret... things, then focus on attacking his head.
-It now has an HP cap at around 1/8th of health.  Let it do the QTE and you'll be able to finish the fight normally.

PHASE 2 (pre-cyber buff):
-Forced Loss Scenario.  Just damage it until it transitions to the Cyber Sonic cutscene.

PHASE 3 (SuprEnd)
-Break off the wire on its head.  If this is not broken then The End will just keep Healing Supreme over the course of the fight.  To target it, start a combo on the head then tap one of the Dodge Buttons to swap to the cord, and just wail away until it breaks.
-If you see a Shadow Ball, parry it.  Shouldn't be an issue on Easy or Normal but keep a keen eye out for them on Hard due to the decreased parry window.
-Once its HP is depleted (or it bows down, whatever comes first), do a Quick Cyloop on the back to pull out the gun, then do another QC on the gun once it lands.

PHASE 4 (The one that's an Escort Mission)
-Largely the same as previous phase but now you have to keep tabs on Sage and the rest of the team so they don't die.
-Once again, break the head cord.
-Whenever the camera pans close and it starts waving its arms like an idiot, wail on the head and use a Parry once it pans over Supreme's back.
-It can also do that Mega Shadow Ball thing if you get hit with a smaller shadow ball, but at that point just go through the fight normally as fast as possible so your 100 rings don't run out.
-Couple QTEs and that's it.

PHASE 5 (Hedgehog Gun)
-This is not actually a phase I'm just here to comment that this scene feels like something out of a Platinum Games title and I love it.

Just wanted to toss out something very important about character swapping after the story. Yes, the King Coco is the only method of character swapping (still ridiculous), but stepping on the button off to the side will generate a grab-handle that will save you extra trips up the tower.

Coolest thing about this fight for me is that while the End is definitely Sonic’s toughest opponent, he still kinda messes around and has fun with the fight, playing with him like he’s done with all the other final bosses. Just shows that while the End is his strongest opponent, Sonic is HIM. Feel like this should humble the End a little lol

I would like this form of supreme to be called “the supreme end”

I finally finished update 3 through grueling trial-and-error and I must say, this final boss was way better than the previous final boss we had.

They pulled a Paradise Protection Protocol on us

8:26 It Feels Like This Cutscene Synced Perfectly
