One of the best laudations for Einstein I heard!

This is such a wonderful presentation, which truly made my day.  The timing (January of 2026) seems a perfect moment to watch this in that it goes a long way to show that a truth always wins over a non-truth (eventually) and that we should always search for truth using honesty and humility.  Right now the non-truths seem to be coming at us from all directions, and those who argue for honesty and humility often suffer for it.  I will go to sleep tonight praying for more humans like Albert Einstein, Niels Bohr, Werner Heisenberg, Max Planck, Erwin Schrödinger, Wolfgang Pauli, John von Neumann. Eugene Wigner. Henry Norris Russell, John Wheeler, and certainly... more like Richard Feynman!

That was wonderful encounter Richard and einstein show how a real human being he is they are great people🎉🎉🎉

Reminds me of a conversation I had with one of my heros, Linus Pauling, on a flight from San Jose to Burbank.  He called us "colleagues", which gently masked the huge difference in our abilities.  I still remember how his grandkids met him as we de-planed at flight´s end.

Key details of Feynman's life and resume before giving this lecture were overlooked here, though...
As a physics major at MIT, he won the Putnam Prize in math, a national competition among math majors, the prize John Nash [A Beautiful Mind] really wanted to win later but could not. It was akin to winning the Heisman Trophy in college math - by a physics major!
Also, his getting an 800 on the physics GRE was only half the story, and I've seen no evidence he was the only one to do that.
What made Feynman's GRE application to Princeton so astonishing was that he got a twin perfect score to match it on the Math GRE as well around the same time.

Communication was his greatest asset.. taking incredibly difficult concepts of different theorists and comparing and contrasting with a conservation of verbiage holds the attention and is pretty awe inspiring

At 3:55... about space-time... gravity and the curvature of space... not a pull
I went another direction.  44 years ago, Oct '82.  Mine was different.  Not curves but vibrations... ebbing flowing energy... and 3D interference patterns... creating dead spots... and like powder on a drumhead, patterns... of places where powder flows, to dead zones... local dead zones, regional dead zones... black holes that are lacking energy... matter pushed... not pulled... galaxies... grand energy patterns... low zones high zones...
I did not have the brain power to turn it into equations... intending to come back to ot... never did... but it's as clear as yesterday.

Here I think it relates to what Feynman's words say here, Einstein's curves in space perhaps are fields of contoured energy, pushing matter toward nodes of no energy... every matter is a hole, of grey not black... shades of grey... orbits are curves...balancing...

On star systems and galaxies, I saw it, but unclear at matter dimensions.

It told me black holes are dead nodes, and one super dead node as the centroid of galaxies where we call them black holes.

The obvious thing was that every galaxy had a super dead node at its center.

Months later, our Milky Way was declared to have a black hole at its center.  And soon enough, that all galaxies.

What creates the super dead nodes, or the energy that is lacking there.

The space was directing the matter toward the super dead node.  The curves of Einstein's space-time.  Perhaps the same thing.

I was trying to go arojnd relativity and beyond the speed of light, breaking relativity to allow FTL travel.

People forget that Einstein himself had faced many hurdles to be accepted himself. So, I truly think he 'plays the ball, and not the man'.. so, he judged on the science and the qualitative aspects such as potential for elements in his own work to be sufficiently malleable to accept the potential for a new approach....irrespective of the standing of the person proposing the concept.

Richard, congratulations on your experience as a young man with the great Albert Einstein! He knew when to show strong humbleness in the matter that you described. It is important to examine new ideas carefully, while being open minded to the truth and wary of the opposite! This appears to be the case in what you presented! Excellent!
