In this complete tour, I'll show you all the details of this 37 m² apartment, now fully finished, decorated, and ready to be lived in.
The project stemmed from the clients' desire to adopt a more minimalist lifestyle, prioritizing organized, functional, and welcoming environments, without excesses, but with plenty of comfort and personality.
The biggest challenge was precisely in the floor plan. With only 37 square meters, it was necessary to find space for a comfortable home office without giving up the integrated balcony, which the clients insisted on keeping as an extension of the living room. To solve this, it was necessary to rethink the distribution, relocate the wall, move the wardrobe, and create a home office exactly where it fit best, all integrated in a way that made the most of every square meter.
In addition, the move to Vila Madalena, in São Paulo, was also part of this new lifestyle. Living closer to work and in one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods, they gained more convenience and a space that perfectly reflects how they wanted to live.
