This is a combo, you can only train to a task, this is ineffective. You need to build fast twitch muscles, and learn to move them quickly. The problem with your methodology is that spiderman adapts to new environmental stimuli. Being good at catching rocks won't mean you are good at moving from one point to another in a hurry, dodging something unimpededly thrown at you (like a pie) or even selecting something. The interesting thing is when a snap choice can be made after being thought through very quickly. To begin, you might want to do that same grab game with a simple block puzzle (put the block in the correct hole). This layers the processes.

My peripheral vision got so much better in my ASL classes when I stopped taking ASL I noticed my peripheral vision got worst cause you have to look at face and not their hands cause all grammar is in the face which by doing that improves your peripheral vision too I still speak ASL just not as much as I did in college

You should factor in equipments/peripheral delay as well. Because ipad, mouse, macbook screen can add lots of input delays

I want you to keep training—even when you're not on camera making YouTube videos—and just imagine what you could achieve after a year, two, or three; you’d practically destroy people with your reflexes. Plus, it might help you avoid danger when you're filming risky videos.
