Thank you so much for releasing this Q&A!! I have watched all of the previous years multiple times and get something new out of them each time. I was afraid that you had eliminated the Q&A. Just wanted you to know how important and useful these videos are for musicians out here. Thanks again!

Thank you so much!  Mr. Marsalis, you and the band are so kind to all the kids.  You all have given the kids the most important tools to play and to live in this ever changing world.

These Q&A's are a real gift. Should be required watching for young musicians.

This is musicians soul food... Thank you so much!

I didn't expect them to go so deep. Specially Winton. Wow

26:30 Chris Crenshaw taped a pencil to horn.

"I like you though! C'mere lemme rub your head." Gotta be the best quote from Marsalis. Made me laugh.

I have always loved Wintons music, His mind is excellent too, I think the best move he ever made was leave the tonight show and be himself. Mr Marsalis it is so beautiful how your group is helping to teach the youngers, it is so beautiful.

Always love this Q & A. So much to learn. I only wish the YAGP dance competition would tune in and learn something about the spirit of education that appears to be at the essence of Essentially Ellington. Thank you.

There is so much wisdom here. For both music and life.

Such a beautiful, humble soul...Wynton Marsalis discourses are so profound... Thank you

Beautiful. Just now reading Aaron Copeland’s what to listen for in music.

Thank you for this Q&A. I've learned so much, thank you !
