FAQ comment:
She's not talking about Bao, nor is she talking about anyone in Phase Connect. She's specifically talking about her "Japanese two-view" oshi, so you probably haven't heard of her (neither have I) - she gatekeeps them
"Two-view" means having around 10-99 viewers when streaming
The silhouette in the thumbnail is a random model I pulled off of Booth

her oshii was larping all along, devastating

If her oshi started facecaming then it's jover.

"I don't wanna talk to a real foid!" me slowly looking around at starknights

Horsemask... Tenma?

"Anon just called me fat!!" she cries out as she orders another 10 slices of cheese

Hard agree.  I don't watch vtubers for the flesh tuber pipeline.  I watch it to be immersed, not thinking about 'who is the person behind the character'.

Chinese filter streamers are the new vtubers

Himemiya Rie NOOOOO

"I feel like the culture is...different. I feel like it's sacred."
It's not too much different on the JP side than it is on the EN side tbh. AVtubers do a lot of the same stuff she talks about here.

Meanwhile my dork of a two view oshi is still fumbling around.

SHE'S SO RIGHT I HATE THIS SHIT

the onigiri pipeline

Poor Jerry
She's right though! Slippery slope

I’m praying that Yuy doesn’t go this way. The issue I get is once they show their face, it becomes a lot harder to see the character instead of the person behind it.

Jelly got that "Hey that's great" disappointed react locked and loaded holy crap. That chatter will never be the same.

Jelly trying to hide she’s actually a horse with hooves instead of hands.

"She started face-caming" ...
Oh no TwT

1:10 horse mask...? I remember when tenma streamed with the horse mask..
