Near Death Experience Story | NDE | Heaven | God | Imagine Heaven | John Burke

Howard Storm didn’t expect anything after death.

A committed atheist and university professor, Howard says his entire understanding of reality changed during a medical emergency in Paris when he found himself outside his body - and being led into a darkness more terrifying than anything he could have imagined.

What initially seemed like people coming to help him soon became something very different. Howard describes being surrounded and brutally attacked by hostile beings until, in desperation, a thought came to him:

Pray to Jesus.

What happened next transformed the course of his life.

In this episode of the Imagine Heaven Podcast, John Burke talks with Howard Storm about his extraordinary near-death experience, the horrifying encounter he describes as hellish, his rescue after calling out to Jesus, and what he says he learned about God, love, judgment, and why we are here.

Howard went from outspoken atheist to Christian pastor - and decades later, his account remains one of the most unforgettable near-death experiences ever shared.

What can near-death experiences tell us about the reality of heaven, hell, and the God who pursues us even in our darkest moment?
Watch Howard Storm’s incredible story.

About one week ago I was diagnosed with cancer for the second time. Might be more serious than the first. I appreciate these interviews. It simplifies everything so much. I tell people none of us can earn heaven. Knowing what God wants from us is to love the people He has placed within our influence. Sounds simple though not easy.

Howard Storm's story, his interviews and mostly his wonderful books have been the greatest inspiration to me in my journey. God bless Howard whose second half of his life was filled with amazing Christian works and is now living in FL with several illnesses including blindness.

Jesus showed Howard a variety of alien species too. Fascinating experience he had.

We definitely shouldn't attack peoples' religion but how is it right to respect something that is taking them to hell? If they haven't received Christ into their hearts and accepted what He did for them on the cross ( paid for their sins and opened the way to heaven) then they are on the wrong road and we need to pray for them and put a seed of truth into their hearts but never respect or condone their paths 🙏 ❤ Christianity isn't only better than other religions. Christianity is true and other religions are not true . Thank you for this testimony 🙏

I heard Howard speak about his experience like half a dozen times. Now is the first time I wonder when he was standing next to the hospital bed feeling great, why he did not assume he must have passed out and then taken to surgery without regaining consciousness. And if he was feeling so great, why did he still think he needed surgery and told these people so who were taking him away...
Maybe he was really confused in that state of newly-dead.
But I do not doubt his account at all.
After so many years he still gets emotional when talking about it. And he clearly shows how traumatic the experience was. PTSD is common in visitors of Hell.

I just wish none of us had to come and live this life on this planet. Is he saying that we are held accountable for everything regardless of the demonic warfare?

In another video I heard Howard say that he asked Jesus if reincarnation was true. According to Howard, Jesus said almost never which means that reincarnation while rare does happen. After hearing that, I doubted everything else Howard has said.

Here is a video of an interview with Howard Storm saying that Jesus is OK with other religions. At 23:45 he affirms that Muslims, Buddhists, Jews can live a Christ centered life. Howard says Christ will not reject these people from heaven. This is heresy.

Mr. Burke, how can you be presenting Howard's NDE's so many times as if Howard is a born again Christian. I don't see how he can be saved when he believes such things. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cggN9A-H_Yw
