I'm so used to Nick being soft-spoken and fairly level in his narration. So hearing him burst out laughing uncontrollably is an incredible delight. His laughter is contagious too!

Gilbert Gottfried hasn't been the same since he died and this ARG brought him back to life Fullmetal Alchemist style. At least John got to keep his license.

Gilbert Garfield is incredible for like no reason
It’s fucking stupid, but terrifying I love it so much

If I had a nickel for every time Night Mind made a Garfield Horror ARG breakdown, I'd have 2 nickels.

Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.

I can applaud anyone who owns it when the bag is fumbled, and after I caught on I did enjoy the How To and even gave it a rewatch. Heck, I'll throw another in just to support everyone's hard work! It's all part of the learning process, and I'm hyped to see how your next big project will turn out!

I like how it went from Mario land to Zelda 2 to Shin Megami Tensei

I absolutely love the utter nonsense of this half-analog horror, half-analog horror satire, half-absurdi comedy parody, half-whatever the hell it is. It has become one of my favorite webseries' I've ever had the pleasure of losing my mind to on the internet.

Gilbert Garfield is the result of combining an acclaimed animation franchise with a comedian that is notorious for his usage of dark and often controversial humor.

“Mix them together, and you now have an abomination.”

I don't think anyone mentioned this, Faraone got their start "performing" in the Teatro Anatomico. That's not a theater for performances, its an operating theater in Bologna. It was used to host public dissections of bodies and anatomy lectures to hundreds. They've been working with human bodies since 1903

"this is like watching a clown enter a gym and just crush it"
amazing quote

This is a small thing, but I really like how they got down certain inside jokes about Gilbert Gottfried himself. The line about him enjoying free hotel shampoos in the pyramid video I believe is referring to how he collected a huge amount of hotel soaps, shampoos, toothpastes, etc. throughout the years. I think there’s a documentary clip you can find online where he pulls out a huge tub that’s packed full of hundreds of them.

I've seen a bunch of these deep dives and no one ever brings up that Gilbert has 4 ears. Two sets. Two cat ears and two human ears. Four eyes and four ears.

I was a part of the vod for this and just. God.

For context, I was stupid sick at the time of this vod and needed a laugh. So hearing Nick was going to be going through Gilbert Garfield? Sign me up. But as I said in chat, I felt way too sober for the fever dream on screen. I love how Nick just reacts to everything on screen and it just getting increasingly horrifying.

I love how Nick's avatar moves when his mic picks up sounds makes it look like he's getting excited about new info, it's adorable

To everyone newly introduced to Gilbert Garfield, congratulations on the new song that is going to be stuck in your head for the rest of your life, the theme song has no business being as much of a banger as it is.

Great act, what do you call it on Gilbert

Yeah I'm Gilbert

Gotta love a 3-hour late night Night Mind video.

good on you for accepting the L haha, i watched it with the old title and thumbnail because i’ve been a fan long enough to know it probably wasn’t an actual how-to, but i definitely almost skipped it before going with my gut (which i’m glad i did, it’s a fantastic video). always appreciative of more canon fever dreams though! and it’s nice whenever there’s any sort of livestream VOD since i’m never around for when the streams are actually happening

I am so surprised that this isn't more popular. Something that is both terrifying and hilarious feels like some Adult Swim stuff. Whatever the creator does next, I hope they find major success.

Oh hey I know where the pic of some guy chained up in a basement came from! It's from a Garfield Halloween flash game and is, assumingly, fully canon.
