ARMED Police to Idiot Tourist: "You Just Walked Into Me!"

London City Walks

Massive crowds AGAIN as we headed to Horse Guards and I have good news: The Blues King's Guard absolutely SMASHED it folks.

It looks like the Veteran Corporal of Horse has laid down the law with his troopers: not a single person was permitted to step inside the box while I was watching. Perfect discipline on display!

Crazy incident with one overzealous Chinese tourist: he wasn't looking and walked straight into the MOD Police officer and her weapon. Quickly realising he had f***** up big time, he profusely apologised. The Guard change was also expertly handled at the front!

Well done Troopers, well done MOD for telling those stupid tourists to take notice, and well done Jon for capturing all the great moments. Have a lovely weekend.

Strange obsession of mine; I want immediately to straighten the signs when they are crooked!

I watched the Opening Ceremony of The Commonwealth Games in Glasgow last night , there were some wonderful beautiful national costumes being worn made me think about the Fijian and Ghanian Troopers and hope they saw their fellow countrymen and women parading proudly . The Scottish pipes and drums playing " Flower of Scotland " have me goosebumps , beautiful ! Nessie made an appearance as well 😀

Good Morning John, nice weather, warm but no heat wave in the forecast anyways, Argentina put a petition in to have the final with Spain replayed, citing referee bias🤣🤣

What many people will not realise about the first two Troopers in the boxes on Regimental Change over days is that they'll have been on the horses from about 10.15 at Hyde Park to be inspected before leaving at 10.30 to ride through the streets to Horse Guards . Then line up before riding into the stables ready to start duty , water for horses and Troopers maybe a quick trip to the toilet then replace those already on duty . I can imagine their thoughts seeing massive crowds out there " oh no ( insert swear words ) thank goodness it's a short one " !!!! So give them a break folks please if they miss a couple of feet stepping over the line ! Have a wonderful day everyone stay cool and happy 🤗
