Simon Strongs "Oh Dear" when he realizes Daemon got put into a corner.😂

That kid is clever. He "insulted" Daemon in front of his men to show them he isn't following him out of fear or because he approves of him. It made his arguments much stronger and moved them all firmly to his side where before it was in question. Clever far beyond his years.

The way Daemon looked at him was hilarious. He was like "fuck, i like you and you were loyal but i need this kid more than i need you. Ok now you die"

Oscar Tully to Daemon: you talk your shit to the wrong boy awhile back lol

@lordtx90 2 years ago

People saying a kid humbled Daemon but this is no ordinary kid, he will be one the baddest dude in the coming war .. watchout for THE LADS

"I do not need their love. I need their swords." The problem, Daemon old boy, is that you live in a feudal society. If you want their swords, you need their love. Otherwise, you're going to find yourself very lonely on your dragon.

Hate when people skip the pauses in the scene. It adds to the intensity of it.

This is why you NEVER act as someone’s attack dog

This video is how Daemon saw that scene go down

People saying Daemon got humbled by a kid, but losing the support of the whole riverlands just for ur arrogance is not being bold but stupid

Daemon: *hesitates slightly but not nearly enough

and with a single move oscar tully established his dominance and also proved them why not to obey damon targaryen

You can really see how it all clicks in Daemon’s head too late at how the political skill he lacks work. This was the moment, coupled with seeing the vision of Viserys broken body caused by the Iron Throne, that made him realized he could never be a true King.

It’s so fun when a character who IS incredibly bold and arrogant and cocky and proud, finds someone who can stand up them where they just go from there”WTF is this guy doing” to “I fuckin love this kid “ lmao

“When you align with one who would desecrate the innocent to reach his aims”….”who has dishonoured himself and the crown with his comportment here”…”if his Grace wishes to show contrition for his acts and to prove himself worthy of our banners” so many shots fired 🤣🤣🤣

5:15 I love how smoothly he went from unsheathing his sword to bringing it down on Willem Blackwood

Daemon is no diplomat. He's a reptile. Loyalty is as close as he gets to most people. Oscar was raised at his grandfather's heel, a Tully. Tullys have to corral greater houses than them, with feuds going back millennia, without the economy or army to outright enforce their will.

Daemon walked into a situation where a lawyer raised by a judge made him commit the greatest sin he knows: disloyalty. What great character work all around.

@Tyler_Pifer92 2 years ago

Blackwood did NOT see that coming.

Oscar Tully must have been spinning in his grave about Edmure Tully's performance as Lord Paramount of the Riverlands. 😂

Daemon got completely played by Oscar right here. He thought he could push him around bc he’s so young and inexperienced but then he pulled that wildcard and just backhanded daemon with it. You can see daemon start to respect Oscar when he says “will you have our army or not” and starts to play along just for Oscar to surprise him again and bring him to his knees to get the army. Oscar is a huge player in the war too and a badass character. This scene was great
