I think Andy Runey is the only person ever to have questioned Ali G's claim to be black. Most people just go along with it.

This interview took a few years off life from Andy Runey. He could’ve lived, easily, five more years if this interview never happened.

And this is why taking yourself this serious is always a bad Idea.
How big must ones ego be to actively correct an interviewers grammar.

The idea to interview Andy Rooney was pure genius. For those too young to remember him, he was this cranky guy that would do segments at the end of 60 minutes essentially about things that annoyed him. And btw it’s spelled with two “o’s” - I think Andy spelled it wrong to mess with Ali G at the beginning.

"Racialist" is actually a perfectly acceptable, if antiquated, alternative word for "racist". Runey actually makes a langauge fail after criticising Ali incessantly!

I'll never understand why Ali G didn't take off. This is so much funnier than Borat.

It is so painful and yet so funny. Sacha is truly a comedy genius.
