How to organize your life when you need to juggle work, home, finances, food, exercise, studies, projects, and still have time to rest?
In this video, I show how I organize practically every area of my life using simple systems, time blocks, and small routines that reduce the amount of things I need to mentally carry.
Instead of seeing my life as an endless to-do list, I divide everything into large areas: home, work, body and health, finances, studies, personal life, and projects. Then, I create systems to manage each one without trying to do everything every day.
You'll see how I organize my week using time blocking, how I group work tasks to avoid constantly switching contexts, how I plan my meals and packed lunches, how I keep my house organized with small maintenance routines, and how I track my finances using a financial spreadsheet.
I also show how I organize my studies in Obsidian, how I capture tasks and ideas so I don't rely on memory, how I do my weekly reset, and how I transform recurring problems into systems that make my routine much easier to manage.
In this video you will learn about:
• how to divide life into areas
• how to organize your routine with time blocks
• how to plan your week
• how to organize work and productivity
• how to organize meals and meal prep
• how to create a home organization schedule
• how to organize personal finances
• how to use Obsidian for studying
• how to do a weekly reset
• how to create systems for recurring tasks
• how to organize your life without relying on motivation
• how to reduce mental overload
The idea is not to create a perfect routine or an extremely rigid life. It's about building simple systems that continue to work even on days when you're tired, busy, or when things don't go exactly as planned.
Because, for me, organization doesn't mean getting more and more things done. It means knowing where everything is, what the priorities are, and creating mental space to live with more freedom.

If you feel your life is a little chaotic, start by identifying the main areas of your life, notice which one needs your attention most right now, and choose one to organize first.
You don't need to get your whole life in order in a single day. Small systems, repeated over time, can sustain a lifetime.
💬 Tell me in the comments: which area of your life do you most need to organize today?
