The burned out van proves he was framed. The burglars were confronted by Mrs. Peterson , panicked and unfortunately killed her. They put her body in the van and drove to the water. After dumping the body , they burned it . It's all obvious now that they have pictures of the van. He must go free.

The mob wanted him, and the mob got him.

Why was he dating another woman and kept it from his wife

So the burglars dumped her body exactly where Scott was fishing on the same day?  The Los Angeles Innocence Project is entirely laughable.

Claiming "circumstantial evidence" while using hearsay and circumstantial evidence is WILD. This isn't going to go anywhere.

This system is sick and decaying more each day. 🤢

Looks like the police were just tryin to hurry up and be done with it. Accuse innocent man and move on

Free Scott

This guy was fishing and his wife was found in the water? He was saying to his girlfriend that his wife is dead when she was still alive.

"The Los Angeles Innocence Project" has absolutely nothing to do with the nationally-known "Innocence Project." Two totally separate organizations - IP has disclaimers up on their website. The LAIP has only been in existence since August 2023.

This is a waste of time.

What the hell is going on with this state, first the menendez brothers and now this guy ? Just release all the murderers and get it over with , unbelievable.

Freaky.

What continued interest in the case? Everyone knew that they kept changing the date of the neighbor’s burglary. I get what they are trying to do (present a reasonable doubt) but that just isn’t enough to change anyone’s mind. Why is the innocence project wasting their time on him? I know what charity I won’t be donating to this year!

No this is not a new twist. These idiots have been trying to push that tired, worn out robbery nonsense since the trial. The robbery happened AFTER Laci went missing. They absolutely concluded neither of these crimes were related to each other. The Innocence Project needs to quit with this crap. They'll never prove this monsters innocence because he is GUILTY BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT.

I thought he was dead already.  CIRCUMSTANTIAL IS THEY CAN PROVE THE HOUSE WAS BROKEN INTO ON A DIFFERENT DAY AND CIRCUMSTANTIAL LACI WAS HOME  ALONE, CIRCUSTANTIAL THE WEIGHTED HER BODY DOWN AND DUMPED HER BODY IN THE SAME AREA SCOTT WAS FISHING IN WEATHER THAT WAS SO TERRIBLE.  DID THEY MEET EACH OTHER AT THE DOCK, DID THEY STEAL A BOAT, WENT SHOPPING FOR BUCKETS AND CONCRETE MIX?  CIRCUMSTANTIAL IS A LITTLE KID WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY ON HIS MOUTH, FACE AND HANDS BUT YOU NEVER SAW HIM OPEN THE PEANUT BUTTER JAR OR THE JELLY JAR.  WELL MAYBE SCOTT SEES DEAD PEOPLE?

😂😂😂

There is NO new anything proving he's innocent.
The governor, decided AGAINST his own campaign promise, to take away the death penalty we voted to retain. Also on the ballot, streamlining the appeals process.
Now what's happening, is these lifers are taking advantage and demanding new trials. The Menendez brothers are wasting court time, now Peterson is doing it too. The IP lost cred when they dismissed the DNA evidence that pointed at OJ Simpson as the killer of his ex wife.
I suspect that now that so much time has passed, the Peterson case can't call on previous witnesses or things have changed so that his defense team can, well...no evidence around any more, let him go.
I HATE this!
