I'm preparing to open my own ice cream company this spring and I'm constantly worried about pricing my menu out. We make our own high milkfat soft serve in two flavors, vanilla and a Starbucks cold brew made with real Starbucks coffee. We handmake cones in front of you with 4 premium sauces and 6 premium toppings. I want to charge $8.50 for this and I'm not sure if that's reasonable, too low, or too high? I'll also have a mini handmade cone for $4. My ice cream will also come with a branded wafer chip with my logo on it.

Our vibe is luxury innovation. We have our own line of proprietary alcohol infused ice cream that is almost double the ABV content of what most creameries can produce without melting their ice cream.

I am very skeptical of the 7 figures. I am not a business man but it doesn't sound right. You get to the 7 figures revenue via coffee and cake, not ice cream. In Michigan you have 4, maybe 5 months for ice cream season.

It is always more impressive to serve homemade ice cream. We have 650 square feet of space and still make homemade ice cream. Space is no excuse .
