I rarely comment but i wanted to say: thank u fleur for this. Journaling did kinda save my life at some point last year. I went through a traumatic incident, lost someone deeply important to me...and i couldn't live with it. I opened a blank notebook and literally wrote until it filled up. And did the same in a second notebook. It really helped.
For anyone struggling in that way, i do recommend writing urself empty. And i hope things get better.

Maybe I have ADHD which prevents me from doing stuff like this but I envy so much that you can keep things organized and actually commit to keeping something like this. Having important photos and so on too.

just learned it is totally canon for our moms to gift us hardback notebooks to figure out our feelings because we were too young to have anxiety ;P

I’m still not sure what I think about Elara Vance arche type quiz. Some parts felt obvious and other parts were strangely specific. I’m making my friend do it now too.

I wasn’t planning to take Anwen Reid’s anxiety quiz, but after seeing it mentioned three times today, curiosity finally won. I don’t normally care about online quizzes, but people are being strangely specific about their results, which makes this one harder to ignore.
