自分も夜中から働いていましたが、
これだけいろんな種類の生地を仕込んで、１階と2階を行ったり来たりして、スタッフの朝食まで作るシェフの姿を見て、気づいたら感動して涙が出ていました。
栄養まで考えてくれるシェフの気遣いにきっとスタッフの人たちは救われていると思います。これだけの仕事量をこなして更にスタッフへの誕生日ガレットは凄すぎます。
パンの表情を見れば分かりますが、シェフのパンに対する熱い思いがパンに反映されていてどのパンも美味しそうでした。
パンを作るのが好きで楽しくて更にそのパンを食べてもらってお客様に喜んでもらえる。パン屋って本当に良い仕事だなって思います。でも裏では毎日夜中から働き始めて、ずっと動きっぱなし。座る暇もなくひたすら生地と睨めっこ。何回も試行錯誤して美味しいパンを追究していく。
更にスタッフに教育までしていて素晴らしいなと思いました。
だからレコルトさんのスタッフさんたちはみんな楽しそうにいきいき仕事ができるんですね。
シェフもスタッフさんたちも同じ苦労を共に乗り越えてきているからお互いがお互いを支えあっていて、良いチームワークができてるんだろうなと思いました。
カメラマンさんも素晴らしいパン屋さんの裏側とパンを美味しそうに撮っていただきありがとうございます。
ここのお店にはいつか必ずパンを買いに行かせていただきたいと思います。
これからもレコルトのみなさん頑張ってください。
10年前くらいに大手パン屋でパートで成形・焼成やってましたが、怒鳴られまくりでトラウマでした😢でも人間関係ほのぼのした感じでこんな素敵パン屋さんあるんやって嬉しくなって、トラウマも和らいだ気がします😊パン屋巡りまた再開したくなりました❤
