What is it actually like to be part of Unit+E?

In this conversation, we sit down with Unit+E founder Lane Terzieff to talk about the culture, faith, expectations and realities of being part of the team.

What does day-to-day life look like? Do you need to be a Christian? Do you need a background in law enforcement or investigations? What does it take to become a field agent? And what if you want to help but have no idea where you would fit?

We talk honestly about the different roles within Unit+E, the importance of teamwork and accountability, the realities of anti-trafficking work, training, sacrifice, and what Unit+E looks for in the people who join the mission.

If you've been considering getting involved with Unit+E, are interested in becoming a field agent, or simply want to understand what it means to be part of the team, this conversation is for you.
