the M is a barn and the I is a silo. It's daily/farm themed.

I believe mold prevention is part of the reason they cover cheese wheels in wax casings.

What you mean, screw Reagan? The man gave away cheese. Free cheese for life? Thats a dream.

What does DMI logo look like to you?
City: Something perverted...
Rural: Oh it looks like my hometown!!

WAIT, we have a "Cheese Palace"!? As a Wisconsin person, I feel ashamed that I know of South Dakota's Corn Palace but not this.

If you want to avoid Lactose Intolerance you should keep up your cheese/dairy consumption. Milk is meant for babies, and as we age we stop producing the enzyme needed to process it. But if we don't stop consuming dairy after weening our body will maintain enzyme production to keep pace with consumption.

In the 90s in the Navajo Reservation we signed up for government sanctioned food

Getting that cheese was the best part of the food package we would have about six months worth of cheese stashed away

That was the good stuff

As someone else mentioned cheese wheels covered in wax help it last longer without mold, if you keep it in a cold enough area (as in colder than your average fridge aka freezing it) it will also slow down  or just stop mold being grown. And then add in the fact the united states department of agriculture's website states that you can eat moldy cheese, if you can cut atleast 1 inch between the mold and the rest of the cheese.

M = two mountains with doorways to the cheese caves.

Speaking of Reagan, Fat Electrician did another phenomenal video on the time the US obliterated half of Iran's navy in an 8-hour workday. You should check that out - I’m curious to hear your take on that event and his retelling of it.

As an adult, i know that im not supposed to drink milk or eat much dairy. But also as an adult, i say fuck that noise, imma keep drinking and eating dairy lol

You can skip ahead of his merch pitch, but stay for the grumblings after.

14:49 The letter I is the DMI logo looks like a farm food silo. Also, all hail the Cheese Queen.

4:30 So what I'm hearing is, is that your brother was to an extent the ice cream man

Also cheese doesn't grow mold ... cheese IS mold.

The "M" is a dairy barn and the "I" is a grain silo to feed the cows from, pretty obvious...

Actors & reality show host. Senators from Illinois & former vp did such a great job. Well great job for Ukraine & China & oh yeah great idea giving Iran billions.

I love how she already had a pre-conceived notion about Reagan when he literally fixed the problem

(15:39) Yes it's a grain silo, city folk.

The white mold on the outside of cheese is Penicillin
