That's Freddie Mercury finishing a 20 minute performance while he had a throat infection. It was an absolutely incredible performance, broadcast live worldwide.

Those goosebumps aren't just a first time thing, after a thousand times I still get goosebumps.

It's heartbreaking because we know what's coming for him. Yes, you deserve to experience their entire discography. Welcome to the Queen rabbit hole.

Drummer Roger Taylor's backing vocals are amazing too.

A group of Scientists studied Freddies voice and the conclusion was that no human could do with their voice what Freddie did.
If you continue to do Queen, all of us Queenies will be with you. And there are many of us. Please continue.

So glad you liked it. Now watch Somebody to love, Montreal 1981. Freddie is a legend. 35 years later, and we still miss him. Thank you to the younger generations for keeping him alive - long after we are gone.

That’s Freddie when he’s having a bad voice day. That’s him when he’s under the weather. You have a LOT to look forward to.

Welcome to the Queendom. Queen has over 200 songs in their catalog. Somebody to Love, live in Montreal will amaze you.

You have to see the video of 65000 people in the crowd sing Bohemian Rhapsody at a Green Day concert in London. Its beyond amazing.

This was part of a global 1985 charity concert called Live-Aid. Queen’s performance is the one that’s still talked about.

The genius of Brian May's lead guitar playing is also integral to Queen's brilliance.

Queen wanted some songs where the audience could interact with the band so they wrote We Are The Champions and We Will Rock You, which are usually played together as they were at this concert. It was not usual for audiences to sing along with bands back then but that was not true of Queen fans so instead of being annoyed by singing audiences as other bands were, Queen embraced it and wrote these two anthems.  Also Radio Ga-Ga is a fan interactive song that was performed at this concert.

Freddie Mercury is called a legend for a reason 😉

You should watch the whole Live Aid set. It is considered one of the best live performances ever! RIP Freddie

Somebody To Love live in Montreal 1981. Freddie's vocal power will blow you away. Queen  the best live band on the Planet. I've subscribed for more Queen

You don't listen to Queen ...you feel it 💕

You VERY MUCH should go on the entire Queen journey. All the albums from the start will change your life. Their catalogue is SO diverse and masterful.
Them live will change your life even more. We simply don't get artistry like this any more

"I play the audience, darling!"
-- Freddie Mercury

Welcome to the Queen family from a 68 year old.
