Great camera work. I love all the close up shots. I mainly watch these videos as they are relaxing. No loud noises, no talking but just industrious people creating great food. I'm always amazed at the hard work the Japanese put into their restaurants. I wish I could get some good katsudon here in California. It makes all the fast food businesses look like they are serving pig slop. Too much fat, salt and sugars whereas Japanese have plenty of vegetables. Not to mention, there seems to be a more communal experience when people eat together. Love it!!!
