7 years old and still the best cast net throw video out there.

I was so good with the net and then I stopped casting for about 20 years. Now I am 100% unable to throw. Watching this however, brought back the key points that I have forgotten. The proof of the technique here is you being able to throw the net with the hand that has no muscle memory. So it gives me hope.

Thanks Duvan.

By the way, I would love to join you in Angola some time in the future, amazing stuff!

Take care and be safe

Cannot wait to try your technique. And of all I've watched that seems the easiest. I cannot wait to try to catch my own bait. I am a 77-year-old grandmother and I fish whenever I can

I'm impressed with the distance thrown,

It really is what others claim, “The easiest way to throw a castnet!” Thanks!

Learning how to cast a net is very frustrating. I've watched several vids and thrown about 50 times since far. I'm really struggling. This technique has worked the best for me so far.

Man ,that's really the best and easiest technique I've seen and I've watched a lot of YouTube videos, thanks

Great video. What everyone who teaches this, seems to always miss, is the swing backwards right before it is thrown. This is the most important part to getting it to spread.

SO HAPPY to see a left handed video!
And the steps to success using your method seems easier than some of the others AND
The point of view cast is really helpful!

Thank you soooooo much for this video, I have tried probably 10 other techniques, I literally got this one of the first throw. It takes more finesse and a little power, but  my 7' cast net opens up every time. Seriously, thank you so much!

If anyone is having big trouble getting your net to open, try switching your throwing hand to your non dominant hand, I did that and now my net is opening 85% of the time instead of 7% with my dominant hand throwing!!

Bought a cast net, tried your method and i must say it works. Now off to catch those mullets. Thanks for sharing Duvan.

Thank you so much,  I've watched several videos on the easiest way to throw a cast net only to be frustrated watching the net land in a mess. My first throw using your method was my best throw yet!!! Can't tell you how good it feels to watch that net actually land in a circle.

When you said literally the easiest it is literally the easiest way to throw a cast net thank you so much especially for the technique the tutorial the expanding views can’t thank you enough

By far the best method I've tried , certainly heaps faster than those frizzbee types .

Thank you very much for the video. It's been about 10 years since I threw my net and last night i couldnt throw for the life of me. This technique is almost exactly how i use to throw and this video was an excellent refresher. Went outside and threw 6 times perfectly in a row, thank you again!

I have to laugh at the people who are confused because you’re throwing left-handed and they throw right-handed. 😂

I’m new to throwing a cast net and were it not for this method I wouldn’t bother. Thank you for taking the time to share. It took some practice and I’m getting at least 7/10 nice open nets.

Thanks again!

Watched several videos and tried them all, simpler is better for constantly throwing a decent cast the majority of the time, thanks!

Man I've done watched so many ways to throw a castnet your way is the easiest way I've seen so far I can't wait to try it your way thanks for sharing

This is bye for the best technique i have seen. And have watch about 20 others. After a few minutes practice i was throwing a full net. Thanks for video. Now i am catching 20 and. 30 pound catfish.
