It's good to get feedback on an item a year after you started using it. That's great. I've had my Bellicon for around 16 years. it never got the use it deserves because I don't have good balance and for years I didn't have a rail. I do now and it makes a lot of difference. But for many reasons (low ceilings being paramount) it has ended up in my work unit and barely gets used. I have gained a ton of weight and have terrible fluid retention in my legs now. So I dusted it off recently and got on. It feels really good to bounce but I'm worried about the bungie bands. I have the red clipped bands. There is one stronger one. Ideally I'd change them but I can't afford it.

I felt like I felt springier after just a few minutes doing a health bounce. But I can't find any medical back up of the lymph drainage clime. Do you know of any? My legs are feeling really swollen at the moment. I could do with a bounce. I might have to drive over to work and do it. I would love it in the house, but it's not possible

I've been using a rebounder for about a year now and my experience has been pretty similar. A lot of the big claims online are definitely overhyped, but the improvements in balance, coordination, and overall fitness are very real. The biggest surprise for me was how easy it was to stay consistent because it feels more enjoyable than traditional cardio. I also noticed that having a quality rebounder makes a huge difference in comfort and motivation. I started paying more attention to bounce quality and stability and eventually switched to a Leaps and Rebounds model, which has been great for longer sessions and easier on my joints. Rebounding is not magic, but it is one of the few forms of exercise that I have actually stuck with long term.
