8:00 😂 They swapped the ex-wife and the secretary's hair.😂

So let me get this straight, those two brainlets siphoning the rent for their own lifestyles... Did they pay taxes or lease or anything this whole time??

The maintenance and contractors workers were thanks to Makoto, he's the one handling them when he's renting the building. Not surprised those brainlets didn't even bother to check, like they didn't check Makoto renting spaces in the building.

They take the tenants money without even giving them some security nor comfort, those are rent money for their living space, not your pocket money! That's like stealing!

Hope the fines, penalties and compensation fees are worth it.

Landlords aren't kings they can't just raise the rent whenever they like.

Superficial people exposed

Fate of Rebecca Kawatani and Muon

After losing Nidomi building due to massive punitive fees, Muon now works multiple day labour jobs from waste management to a factory and Rebecca went to live with her parents but they disowned her and kicked her out, now she works a dead-end job to pay off her debt.

8:07 WHAT HAPPENED TO THE HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!! HER HAIR Y'ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

8:03 Anyone else noticed they messed up? The hair color and style of the purple hair girl should be with the smaller faces as she's one of the antagonistic while the hair and style of the pink hair girl should be part of the larger and more detailed picture as she's one of the protagonist.

But if a landlord increases the rent 100% or 200% for no reason summons legal teams, cops, and worse the IRS. Even The Joker wouldn't want to get involved with the IRS

The secretary has a heart of gold and the willpower of a beast! I love her 😊

"After all the compromises we made for you?!"

Only charging 100% and asking him for more spending money is hardly what I call a "compromise". It clearly only benefits only you two.

"You repay our kindness with betrayal? You're the worst!"

What you both are offering as a compromise is hardly what I would call kindness. Don't give me that "betrayal" BS when you both started it.

24:12

"You had a duty to inform us!"

Me: since we have Mr. Nit and Mrs Wit as our landlord, surprised neither of you read the papers. Apparently you speak the language but can't read?

Anyone else notice the hair color flip flop on the two girls at about 8 minutes in? XD

How to Ruin Your Business 101: Building Management Edition

Lesson 27: Have an affair with a tenant's spouse.

Lesson 31: Try to bully a tenant into an unjust rent increase.

13:41 Huh? Surviving on credit cards? Do they realize they should pay credit card bills at the end of the month? By that moment, they won’t have any tenants, and no income. I suppose it’s true that saying: cheating makes your brain go numb 😂😂😂😂

The secretary is a lot cuter than the ex-wife

Man this channel is so good at making 1 dimensional antagonists that can't really even pretend to be nice to the MC in anyway you can just easily hate waiting for karma to finally put an end to their bullshit

Okay, did anybody catch the hair? Color change between the protagonist and the antagonist girl😂😂

My my just how on earth did this guy become a landlord. He had no idea just how much of his building was rented out and to who?

8:02 YOUR HAIR COLOR IS PINK!
WOW YOU ARE A MAGICIAN , DONIT AGAIN.  Joke.

I swear to god, the Ex and that Building Owner are practically made for each other. they're total idiots.
