Респект за смелость !!!
Но все молчат кто назначает министров без опыта , без профильного образования , которых не когда не избирали в руководители обычные рабочие т.к. у данных министров нет опыта, они не прошли своими ножками все ступени развития : от доярки до руководителя колхоза.
Не работали землекопом, мастером, прорабом и т.д. по вертикали.
Сразу после выпуска из вуза из и устраивают в банки и в министерства.
Когда руководитель не специалист , а подписант - развития не будет….
И никто за это не ответит.
Вон сколько было построено храмов и мечетей !!! Полный ужас.
И с этим ужасом нам жить.
