So important to keep bringing information about menopause into the public conversation. Thanks for using your platform to help us all!

I'm 52,I'm struggling so bad. Sometimes I'm on my periods for the whole months, doctors can't help, sometimes I'm so exhausted and I want to sleep the entire day. It's such a challenging time 😢

This episode was life changing! Thank you 💜

Thank you Oprah ! Thank you Hallie Berry ! Thank you to all of you women on stage who are educating us ! We needed this information soooo much ! 💙🥳🫂🤸♥️

It’s so needed! It’s not talked about in our community! I thought I was losing my mind , went to several doctors  finally the hot flashes is what tipped my obgyn off to perimenopause! I’m still so lost in this phase ! I’m constantly researching and looking for platforms for my understanding! Thanks Oprah for your voice!

I thought I was dying. I hear from many women who are having a very difficult time. It is more than hotflashes. Women today are pushing themselves more than ever...being the proverbial Superwoman...in a world froth with stressors. I had bleeding so bad that my hemoglobin went down to a 6 and I was severely anemic. There are many other debilitating issues. While some women experience little to no symptoms it is not true for all. I would not diminish a conversation about it.

Such vital information. Thrilled it's finally being talked about openly. The future is much brighter for women now. Thanks a million, ladies!

Wow, i am reconsidering all my life

So eye opening , thought of my symptoms too !

I missed it last night because it was on so late. Is there a way to watch a re-run? Will it be posted to YouTube?

I am sick of it. I have severe itching.

Thank you

This started because of Halle Berry not Oprah

Thanks to Oprah we have Dr Oz and Dr Phil

Yes, I got/ have my annual exams and ask every year if I am going through menopause in my 40's now 50s.  No No No you're ok.  Our moms never talked about it. Now I have been laid off from my WFH job, trying to also find a new job while also trying to take care of my elderly mom while experiencing all the horrible symptoms of perimenopause.  This stage of women's life makes me think of all the things my mom or mother-in-law were going through during their divorces after 20+ years of marriage and could their divorces also have happened not only because they were going through peri/menopause and the men (dad/ father-in-law) in their lives couldn't deal with it.  So I see videos of men on youtube talking about it, then try to talk to husband about it and he doesn't want to hear about, but I tell you have to.  People don't want to talk about women's periods/ pms/ menopause, but the discussion needs to happen.

Only two years Oprah babe try ten years and almost dying I don’t know how much longer I can live with this 😢

Oprah is 71? WOW! She needs to start a skin care line.

Suzanne Somers talked to everyone about menopause and wrote several books about it and came on Oprah and told her all about it and about HRT.. I’m wondering if all that was forgotten..

❤

Thank you, Oprah!
