Only now did I realize that the random poems in between panels is a grim version of the Smash Bros theme song.

I better see Cloud or Sephiroth slicing an infected in half as an introduction when they come.

I like how traumatised dr Mario looks when he sees robs insides splatter infront of him, his thoughts must have been like ‘the only person I trusted just died, infront of me’

I just realized something. Marth, Villager and Shiek, those three are the next unlockable fighters after Mario in World of Light!

I like to imagine if Link gets killed, he just pulls out a fairy bottle and he's like: "Nuh-uh!"

The only reason Waluigi doesn’t want to be invited to smash

In the World of Light... Kirby was the sole survivor....

In the World of Dark...
Kirby is Patient Zero...

It's strange seeing villager so terrified considering him being so calm and emotionless all the time.

I'm curious how Dark Samus is gonna be implemented into this series. They're canonically a virus capable of wiping out an entire universe if allowed to spread uninhibited, so the two deadly viruses fighting for control would be awesome to watch.

The most horrifying fact about this video, severely mention in it as well is that in the end the status of a everyone is shown, lots are dead or infected hurt even, but Dr. Mario’s status is shown completely fine and alive.

Bro Dr. Mario being the anxious one around other not infected people, while researching about the virus attempting to cure it is a W character design for a suppose to be positive Nintendo Character.

Ridley is literally called “the cunning god of death” because he’s managed to (somehow) cheat death various times after Samus has killed him. It would be interesting to see how he handles either getting infected or fighting someone who is. ~~imagine he tries using the Metroids as bioweapons again~~

Dark Samus: I was once the great poison given form. Corrupting all things… Now, I shall be their savior. Their cure.

"EVERYONE HAS TO BE HERE"
...uh like everyone everyone or everyone who is alive and not infected because i aint bringing a big ass mutated piranha plant or diving down the sea to find snakes remains so i hope you mean everyone as in everyone who is still alive

@cosmothetelescope 1 year ago

it would be funny as hell if all the characters were about to die and they hear "I.. Am Steve"

the amount of garlic that wario consumes has probably made his blood just pure garlic sauce, good luck infecting a walking slice of garlic bread

World of light: (gone into an infected apocalypse)

Me staring at my Nintendo: “Mom, I think it’s broken. It’s all grey and glitchy

If the strongest Pokémon is infected, imagine how powerful Sonic would be if he was infected. I’m also predicting that Sonic might die if he runs into Kirby’s mouth accidentally. Also, don't Rosalina + Luma count as separate characters in certain games? Just because her Lumas are infected, doesn't mean Rosalina herself is infected.
