Over a dozen people killed and over a hundred wounded as Russia targets multiple locations across Ukraine. While the Kremlin was busy targeting civilians, including hospitals, Ukraine issued a response by hitting an oil facility in the Moscow region, with Russian authorities calling it the largest drone attack in the past two years.

TWO SHIPS HIT BY DRONES IN THE BLACK SEA
Unmanned warfare reached NATO waters as drones hit two merchant ships in Bulgaria's Black Sea economic zone early on Tuesday, sinking one and leaving its crew missing. The other, carrying grain, was set on fire.

LITHUANIA OPENS THE DOOR TO NUCLEAR WEAPONS
The Lithuanian parliament has voted to lift the constitutional ban on hosting nuclear weapons on its territory, abandoning a doctrine from its communist past and clearing the path for the country to take part in NATO’s nuclear deterrence plan.
