“Just take a compliment” bro’s wholesome af

"...I'm not saying I am strong..."
*casually benches 3x  body weight.

Man is too humble, he's lifting 3x his body weight like its nothing

This guy is way too humble, he has imposter syndrome, bro is strong as fuck, be proud!

this guy has like ultimate 90s surfer bro voice

I hate hearing him coming up with excuses. People keep dogging on him to the point that he starts to believe their bullshit. He's strong, they're weak, they're mad, he's sad. Fuck that. Bro's a legend and needs to see that.

sam was way too humble, mans should be complimented more. he vastly underestimates himself because holy shit.

Plsss bring him back on another video if he ever has the time. He's genuinely such a nice dude, and his lifts are actually crazy

He still has more ROM than most powerlifters

Dude has less distance to move the weight, but he also less motor units to recruit.

There’s NOTHING that de-legitimizes his lifts.

Dude's hiding all his pain behind that humbleness. Stay strong king 👑

Dudes built like a pitbull and can't accept he's a absolute beast

Dude's fuckin strong. He's benching 3 times his body weight like it's nothing

Guy's too humble. Flex a little man. He's stronger than 99% of people in this world.

335 pound bench press weighing 115 is actually insane

Whoever brings up range of motion might just be insecure cause half the people who say that can’t even lift the weight off the rack

This guy’s strength is stunning. Benching 3x your body weight is bananas. Guy’s also extremely humble.

I understand the argument for a 5’7, 200 pound dude having the advantage over the guy thats 6’3, 200 lbs. But this guy is 115 lbs. he might have better leverages but he also physically cannot pack on more than like 150 lbs to drive those leverages. There are dudes who weigh 300 lbs that don’t lift this much. Super impressive.

I don’t understand why he kept downplaying himself like bro is genuinely a beast regardless of leverages

The fact that his bones and joints can even handle that much weight is insane. Mad respect to this guy for sure.
