I appreciate your “rant” when u see people online, they all look like they have their life together. Saying how you craft to help with depression and anxiety makes me want to craft more. Maybe it will help me. Thank you so much.

Yes, there’s something calming about crafting. Doing it or watching it.🦋

You are right about crafting helping with depression and stress. I do a lot of diamond painting and I make mini journals using the diamond painting greeting cards as covers. I also make other journals. It really helps me to destress

Thanks to all who shared about their struggles, I'm with you..I feel lonely at times, and depression can creep in. Even tho I don't have much talent, I do like trying different crafts. Your tutorials do help. I cannot get my head around binding a journal, but I'm going to try sewing the binding instead of glue or staples.
Love to all💓

I think once perimenopause hits, life is just confused. I, half the time don't know who I am anymore meaning things I once liked, did and said have all changed. It's almost like....oh I've been there, don't care anymore. And you go girl rant all you want.

Hi Jenn! It is the time of year to get busy with crafting…a lot a good holidays to craft for cards, journals, gifts and getting together with a friend.

Keep doing your videos just as you do. I love watching all of them - it’s MY escape therapy! People can just skip the crafting/journaling videos if they don’t want to watch.❤️🇨🇦

I love the fact you are so real and have the strength to admit that we all need to rest our brains as you said! We are human not perfect beings like some people act like they are! We all have our own battles!

I absolutely love your temu hauls especially the craft ones. I'm into all sorts of craft including journals and i often buy something you have shown. Take care.

Those bookends!!!!!
I ADORE them!
I agree, you definitely saved the best for last 🥰
Making things helps me regain balance in my life. I don't consider myself crafty exactly, a lover of whimsy and all things art related make life interesting and fun! You are a shining light!

Crafting is just one more think we have in common. Paper crafting is my superpower. I won Best of Show at our fair a couple of years ago with a mini album I made. I was pretty awesome. Years later I sent it to a friend that had just lost her daughter.
