I would enjoy this more to see the insides of these homes.

Id love one of those homes

2:09 If the owner wants to sell the mansion at any price, he must first move it somewhere else at his own expense and then sell it at a low price.

to quote a 70s sitcom.. I ain't cleaning that.

LYNNEWOOD HALL IS PRESENTLY BEING RESTORED BY A PRESERVATION SOCIETY THAT PURCHASED THE PROPERTY IN 2023 !!!!!!!!

I just knew Lynnewood Hall would be on there.  I've seen it in person.  That thing is HUGE.  And its actually reasonably close to Philadelphia (and by extension, NYC).  Half the pictures weren't even of it!

And yes, the problem really is the maintenance costs.  With something like that, it's really like running a small upscale hotel-except you don't have any paying guests.

Wow, hard to believe these stunning mansions are unwanted — even for free! 😮 Fascinating video!"

I'll take one

A lot of these mansions can’t be sold because the new rich want something new and modern, (and often times tacky). Upkeep is the biggest issue, one reason cities are chopping them up into luxury condos or townhouses.

On house #9, it stated it was built in 2002 and then said a ruptured gas line in 1987...

New background music is too loud and is competing with the narrative. Could you just turn it down a slight bit, please

What was left out about #3? The high crime rate.

Love this contact I just subscribed to your channel
