I was a cast member for 9 years. The VAST majority of interactions I had with guests were wonderful. Disney guests ARE the magic too. Don't forget it.

"If you are rude to me, I will not help you." -- I love that. It should apply everywhere.

5:33 For the “Disney sees everything” section, I’d love for that to be true. Until I see Disney finally dealing with the line-jumpers who abuse people’s good-will by pushing through the queue in every line by obviously lying by mumbling “Oh sorry, I’m with that group up at the front” I’ll have to assume Disney either doesn’t see it or doesn’t care.

I clicked expecting behind-the-scenes Disney stories. I got behind-the-scenes customer complaints. 😂

Never had an interaction with a cast member that wasn't delightful and friendly. That's not just at the parks. People at the hotels have also been brilliant. They go above and beyond with everyone they can.

The problem is the people who are paying the ridiculous prices are the kind of people who will have ridiculous expectations.

Cast Members are the magic. They work hard in harsh conditions. We always aim to compliment at least one every day we spend in WDW

I do a cast compliment for janitorial/custodial (as well as others) during every visit . Those people are saints. People ignore them like they're part of the furniture. Please, please do cast compliments. They all deserve it.

I was in customer service for DECADES so I know what CMs are going thru. They deserve a LOT of respect from everyone!

10:10 A couple of trips ago, there was a legitimate issue with something in my room and the cast member I was speaking to about it said to me, “Thank you for not yelling at me.” I remember asking her why she thought I’d yell at her and she said she usually gets yelled at by guests for similar situations I was in. I told her it wasn’t her fault. It still is so sad to me that guests yell at cast members when the problem wasn’t created by them and is out of their control. (I can’t remember what the specific issue was.)

I used to work at a call center for a high-end home furnishings company. If a customer was rude to me, I did the bare minimum to help them. If they were nice, just upset for very good reasons, I went to the ends of the earth for them.

CM LUV - My experience is that cast members are the living pixie dust of Disney parks. I give cast compliments as much as I can.

Every time I've been to Disney World I was treated like gold and I love the food and drinks in Epcot.

Thank you to all Cast Members for making Disney my favorite place to vacation and my favorite place to make memories. Without you there is no magic. You guys make everything so special!

I had an annual pass for 17 consecutive years. Cast Members are some of my favroite people.

One of the best things that a cast member did for me was giving me enough stickers of mickey for my rainbows girl guiding UK. Amazing

CM LUV….Cast Members are phenomenal and thank you FryBucket and Emma for all your hard work as former Cast Members!

CM LUV I had the most wonderful experience with cast members during my solo trip in Sept. I had true Disney Magic and will never understand anyone being rude to cast members! They are the magic!
