After my first video on the craziest cosmetic surgeries in Asia, I honestly thought I'd discovered the most improbable transformations. But between China, South Korea, and Japan, the beauty industry still had a few surprises in store.

In this video, we delve into some of the strangest trends in cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine: the Japanese Bagel Head, the Bubble Face caused by certain injections, and even Let Me In, the South Korean reality TV show that offered its contestants sometimes completely spectacular physical transformations.

Beyond these impressive before-and-after photos and trends that have gone viral on TikTok, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu, we'll primarily try to understand where these new procedures come from, why some are becoming popular, and what risks sometimes lurk behind the pursuit of the perfect face.
