Former fat girl here: please consider if ADHD or se*usl assau*lt trauma might be keeping you overweight! ADHD makes you snack 24/7. The trauma might drive you to remain overweight bc you logged subconsciously that being attractive is not safe. I had to take ADHD medication (Ritalin) + do therapy to address the feeling unsafe in an attractive body ❤
I feel like the "no-bra" no supportive undergarment trend is even less attractive on overweight ladies. So...wear them if you're big. I have been big and your angles will improve irl
I'm plus size and don't like when we look sloppy either, can't stand it! Tight and short doesn't always equal sexy or cute, wear things that fit PROPERLY and you will look much better.
Another Nigerian stylist creator recently said that the way we were raised influences our style. Like some people only got new clothes on Christmas or special occasions. Also only dressing up when going out like church or family gatherings. It influences you when you’re older too whereby you dress sloppy at home or to go to the store and dress nicely once in a while which is a mindset most people need to deconstruct😢😢😢
The fact that she doesn't own a sundress has resonated with my soul since I watched this video yesterday. Her being 5'9" and not owning a sundress is a sin and a shame. If you know the magic of wearing a sundress you know why I said that.
Women need to take their time to budget and get a few pieces they can wear that are cute and classy. You’ll feel much better and prepared. This is a process.
I love this girl. Extremely pretty, polite and respectful. I really hope she takes charge of her weight and comes back in 6-12 months and shares her progress with us ❤❤❤
