This is a good place for a retiree. I'd consider using part of the front porch for an enclosed entry. The dining table could be placed in the nook with the front-facing windows, adding a tad more much-needed counter space. The office could be used as a bedroom for the caregiver of an elder.

Very nice!
I would have blinds on all the windows for privacy and I would change the front door to solid wood.

Love this, with a few tweaks, I could be very comfortable.

I'd eliminate the peninsula and bar seating, alter the front closet to allow a booth-type dining area in the front alcove, then use a (movable?) island to add counter level prep space. I love the clerestory windows and high ceiling; really opens up the space. I'd set up the study/office with a wall bed, or maybe just a futon for temporary guests.

I LOVE the open feeling of this floor plan, especially with the vaulted ceilings and transom windows! Well done! However, because of the low kitchen window, in front, and the entry hall closet opening in the kitchen, more kitchen countertops are sacrificed. A banquet might be valuable dining space with only two at the peninsula. Turning the entrance closet and changing the size of the kitchen window would better utilize the space. On the other hand, it's a lovely and functional tiny home for temporary guest stays, which may be why your design is obviously made only for two.

I love this design so much ❤

Eliminate the stainless steel refrigerator and replace it with a 11.5 cubic feet model and a Murphy bed can reduce the foot print in the bedroom and make it a den during day and extra sleeping quarters for the occasional guest or family member greetings from southern Ontario Canada 😊

But you are so different , professional expertise!……… which we appreciate so much!… thank you. It’d be nice if you would do all the video when that we home seekers are privileged to watch!
