I bought one on sale and they had a "matching" lever action on sale at the same time. I couldn't resist.  I have both. 😊

The Star Trek intro is back

Good, good

That big weird modern trigger guard has a cool little retro rifle attached to it.

Pump action .22 is still my absolute favorite "fun" gun.  The first firearms I ever fired were very old pump action .22 rifles at a shooting "gallery" in Coney Island (Brooklyn) NY over 50 years ago.  I was barely in kindergarten but my Dad had worked for the owner in his teen years so I got to shoot.  It's what started my love of firearms.  This Rossi reminds me a lot of those rifles, especially with that forend.  I have an old Stevens that still shoots great, I don't use it often though, I doubt I could find parts for it, lol.  Thanks for the trip down memory lane.  Stay safe and stay in the shade, it's starting to get hot in the desert.

Mixup, you brought some tears in my eyes, remembering my dad taking me to the local fair. Enjoy it.

Wait a second! I saw you pick this up at the shop the other day.  I guess the great google realized this and recommended your channel, instant subscription, sir!  Safe and happy shooting!

My Rossi is 36 years old...bought it used back then.  Still my favorite rife.  Once won a turkey shoot 1st prize with it.

I have an original Rossi model 62 pump from the 1970s and it has slam fire capabilities I love it wish this one was like the old one

I had a Rossi pump based more on the take apart Winchester from the 1980's-90's. Hated it. Sights were offset and I had to change them. However, it did not always work well and was very frustrating to use. Did not use anything but .22LR whereas the old Winchesters shot Short, Long and Long Rifle.

I remember when I was younger,  late summer a fair would come into town and have rides , food , and a shooting gallery with pump 22's.  They shot the shorts,  but it was fun. That will never happen again.  Years later my uncle got a pump 22lr with a octagonal barrel , and that took me back . The local stores have had the rossi,  but with the polymer stock and it feels cheap.  The wooden looks better

I just took my new Rossi Gallery to the range and it was dead on @ 25 yards. No sight adjustment needed.  I was making the spinner targets flip and knocking the targets on the dueling tree back n forth.  I had no problems at all with this light weight rifle. I like the rifle amazed by how accurate it is.  But you sure can burn threw some ammo 15 rounds ever tube full.

A nice looking old school rifle

9:06 that ricochet on the last shot

Certainly glad you made this upload, It is clearly the deciding factor whether to purchase the Rossi. Thank you!

Always enjoy your videos! The 22 content has been fun and useful.

A pre-tariff purchase, good timing!

I've got one with the synthetic stock.

My favorite part of this video is at 0:30 where he SAFETY CHECKS the rifle to make sure there are no rounds in the chamber.

Just bought one in 22mag. Pick it up next week.

Mixup and Son episodes are my favorites.
