When the cop says “stench” instead of “smell,” you know it’s bad.

when you smell something 50 ft away from the house😮

That police officer is sooo real.. She didn't sugar coat shat. Thanks for standing up for them babies officer.. God Bless You..

The children seemed very sweet, polite and engaging. Sad situation.

my father grew up extremely poor and he said his mother always said " there is no shame in being poor but there is no excuse for being dirty"

13 kids and 3 adults living in filth in that house?! 🤬

Poor kids, and animals, so glad cops intervened.

Those poor , sweet children. “Hi! My name is Lucas!” So much innocence; and, they have no idea why this situation is not safe for them.

Officers handled scene very professionally and respectfully considering  situation.  Making a difference  in 13 lives i hope.

Whats crazy is there are a lot more houses and people living like this than you would ever believe

He keeps telling the police “sorry about the mess.” As if that “mess” hasn’t been there every day.
There are flies everywhere. 🤦🏾‍♀️

The fact they even have that spray on hand says a lot about what they see every day.

Loved officer Badass when she said three adults and no one gets off the couch to clean!! Seemed like a  reasonable question……..

Shout out to this mysterious caller! The kids were quick to spill the tea! "Two kittens died cuz they weren't eating enough!"

Finally a cop telling the person they talking to to get of the phone. She is no nonsense and straight to the point without coddling anybody

I've never seen them spray someone before they got into the back before!

Now she has the urgency to clean...unbelievable. im sure the adults smell horribly too...

I was the seventh child of eight. My dad died when I was a toddler so my mum was left to bring us all up in her own. Our house was always messy, of course it was there were eight kids, my mum had to work and we were poor.
But we were clean and the house was clean under the messiness. It certainly was never smelly, even with a dog and a cat.
In fact it was so full of love and fun, I’ve had several people as adults tell me that our house was their sanctuary from their own situations- the place was ALWAYS full of various friends and neighbours. And my mum made dinner for us every night (lots of spuds and minced beef mostly) and there was always enough for anyone who turned up.
My mum was the greatest

Omg that little boy randomly hugging the officer is so sweet… and then you hear “I’m a police officer…” in a sweet little voice.

those kids are STARVED for attention!! The way they don't stop talking to the cops is sad.
