I am age 68, Autistic (w/Cerebral Palsy!), and I love NERF WAR battles! I have my own arsenal of NERF guns! Call me "Paladin", A. K. A. "HAVE NERF GUN - WILL TRAVEL". The reference is to Paladin in the 60+ year-old TV Western, "Have Gun - Will Travel".
NERF WAR is not just for you kids.
A lot of us "Old Technology Nerds" love this kind of Roleplay/Cosplay.
One thing I would like to see is NERF KERBEROS PANZER COPS, just like the Anime, Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade.
