Sistem ini perlahan-lahan menghilang ketika kakek saya lahir.
Ketika ia menikah memang masih ada pekerja yang ada disana, namun beliau membebaskan dgn memberinya tanah dan mengijinkan menikah dgn seseorang di luar rumah.
Namun pekrja ini terikat dgn rumah kami sehingga mereka tetap datang dan bekerja seperlunya.
Ketika ayah saya menikah dan membawa ibu saya ke rumah. Sistem ini hilang total. Kami hidup berdampingan setara. Mreka tetap berada di sekitar kami, tetap berhubungan baik apalagi cucu mereka pun seumuran dganku.
Tidak ada pembahasan masa lalu bahwa kami tlah membeli atau memberi label hamba pada mereka.
Sebenarnya sistem ini bsa hilang jika orang2 itu memiliki pemahaman soal kemanusiaan dan kesetaraan.
Itulah mengapa pendidikan itu sgt penting
Dibali ada adat kasta tentang panggilan made, kadek, ketut, komang dll tapi lama² jg ditinggalkannya hanya orang luar bali yg masih manggil panggilan adat hanya karna ingin menghargainya.
Sampai Dewasa ini Saya Tidak Tau Bahwa Di Negara Kita Masih Ada Sistem Perbudakan Seperti ini .
